I have looked at four different people's work on google form, Voki, and digital storybook.
It was interesting for many reasons. First, we were all required to use same tools, and yet all of the people I have looked at had different outcomes. It showed me how diverse those tools could be used as teaching resources. I knew the potential each tool had, but did not realize it would be this much diverse. For example, the google form was used in multiple format. Kyungmin, my feedback partner used google form to check out people's knowledge on movies, Hyejung made it to check on people's thoughts on education and I have used as a quiz tool to figure out students' English proficiency. Secondly, I was surprised to see how creative people can be with one same tool. When I looked at Seri's Voki task, and she combined two different Vokis and created a conversation for a listening activity. I was so impressed by her work that I created one of my own and it was a great opportunity for me to use Voki in a different way. Thirdly, people had different interpretations on same tool. I used the digital storybook to check students' reading comprehension ability, where as Hyein used it to encourage student's to care more about their family members by creating a story that is related to mother's love for May (month of family) . After I have looked at different people's work on different tools, I re-made activities based on their ideas and had a chance to enhance my ability to use those tools. It was great and fun opportunity for me.
Here are links to my newly made activities and feedback on people's work so check it out!:
